We are so thrilled to have you as a part of our boutique for the State Fair. This page will have ALL of the information you will need for the boutique. We are looking forward to a great Fair with lots of customers for all of you!
Please note: while the fair is going on, it is extremely difficult for us to field all of the texts, emails and other communications, most of which is covered here. Please refer to this page for all key information.
FAIR BOUTIQUE DETAILS
Booth location: Grandstand, 2nd floor, near the Hideaway Bar.
Dates: Aug. 22 – Sept. 2, 2024
Hours of Operation: fair opening to close, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., daily
ARTIST COMMISSION CHECKS WILL GO OUT ONE WEEK AFTER THE ENDING OF THE FAIR.
LOAD-IN DETAILS - August 18-20
Use gate 7 off of Snelling and Como (see map —>)
Follow map to Grandstand; park on ramp.
There is a freight elevator on the lower level, far left.
RESTOCKING INFORMATION
Restocking is key for the best results and the biggest checks coming your way at the end of the Fair!
RESTOCKING IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ARTIST.
We are sorry, but we CANNOT accept requests to bring restocks to Kim’s house, or the front gate of the Fair, etc.—you are responsible for getting your items into your space in the booth. We will not respond to emails or texts asking us for alternate restocking options.
🔴If you have requested a pass for restocking to bring your car onto the fairgrounds the hours are 11pm-8am. You MUST have your car off of the fairgrounds by 8am.
🔴Anyone restocking or entering the fairgrounds for any reason will be required to pay admission.
LOAD-OUT DETAILS - SEPTEMBER 3
The load out dates/times are FIRM. Load out is Tuesday, September 3 from 8:00-3:00
If you cannot load out for any reason on this date, you must send someone in your place.
Paid load out assistance is available at a rate of $100/hour, subtracted from your final commission check. If you want to explore those options text Melissa at 612.850.7567.
