This page will have ALL of the information you will need for the boutique. We are looking forward to a great season with lots of customers for all of you!

Please note: while the boutique is going on, it is extremely difficult for us to field all of the texts, emails and other communications, most of which is covered here. Please refer to this page for all key information.

Key Information

ADDRESS: Shops At West End; 1639 West End Blvd., St. Louis Park MN

DATES: November 13-December 29

HOURS:

Wednesday-Sunday 11 am - 5 pm

COMMISSION CHECKS: Commission checks will be mailed after the Thanksgiving weekend and after December 24. Please allow 10-12 days. (This is usually a mail/post office issue and not a check issue.)

 

LOAD IN: OCTOBER 29 - 30 and November 11 10-4

BACK DOOR PARKING

  • Going down West End Blvd. (either direction) turn into the parking lot across from Rojas Restaurant on the east side of the street (Theater side).

  • You will see a large green dumpster and some smaller dumpsters on the right.

  • Park here and the door on the right by the large green dumpster should be open.

  • Go through the loading dock to the doors marked “authorized entry only” these will be unlocked.

  • Follow hallway to 1639 for load in.

  • UNLOAD CAR FIRST AND THEN MOVE YOUR CAR TO THE PARKING RAMP.

  • There are pallets and a pallet jack available.

  • I would also suggest bringing a cart/dolly.

RESTOCKING INFORMATION

Restocking is key for the best results and the biggest checks coming your way at the end of the boutique!

Restocking can occur any day during the hours that we are open. 

  • We are sorry, but we CANNOT accept requests to bring restocks to the Shakopee Location. If you are a vendor in both locations restocks have to happen at the individual locations.

  • You are responsible for getting your items into your space at West End.

  • We will not respond to emails or texts asking us for alternate restocking options.

LOAD-OUT DETAILS - DECEMBER 30

The load out dates/times are FIRM. Load out is December 30 from 9 am - 3 pm. There are no exceptions.

If you cannot load out for any reason on this date, you must send someone in your place.

Failure to load out at this date and time will result in:  

  1. a $125/hour fee for a professional to pack your items (we take no liability for broken or lost items during this process)

  2. a reduction in commission percentage to 50%

  3. you will not be invited back as an artist/vendor to future boutiques.
